The Eastern Economic Forum will be held on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) on Russky Island (Vladivostok).

FEFU is one of the Russian Far East’s largest institutes of higher education and one of the fastest growing research and educational centres in the Asia-Pacific region. Over 40,000 students attend classes in 370 areas of focus at all levels of education: specialty, undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies.

FEFU’s campus on Russky Island was built in 2012 for the APEC Summit. Today FEFU is a central platform for scientific and business communication between the Russian and international expert communities in the Asia-Pacific region.
